Ordinance relating to the federal power supply legislation.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Federal Power Supply Act of 23 March 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Article 1 establishes that the government assigns the network areas for regional and local nets and the concerned electricity supply companies shall be consulted beforehand. The text consists of 13 articles.
