[摘要] The present Regulations enforce the Canadian Environmental Protection Act 1999 (S.C. 1999, c. 33). The Regulations establish that importers and manufacturers of a new chemical or polymer who notify the government that they are introducing a new substance into Canada must pay a fee, in addition to providing the information prescribed in the afore-mentioned Canadian Environmental Protection Act 1999.
