[摘要] This Ordinance provides rules for waste disposal operations. It also provides with respect to specially controlled waste as defined by sections 37 and 26 of the Environmental Pollution (Guernsey) Law, 2004. Operations specified in this Ordinance, being operations which, in the opinion of the States, may involve a risk of environmental pollution, are prescribed as operations for the carrying on of which a licence is required under Part III of the Law.
