[摘要] The present Act enforces the Atomic Energy Act of 23 December 1959 and the Disposal Fund Act of 27 January 2017. In particular, the Act transfers responsbility for nuclear waste storage providing for the responsibility for financing final and interim storage to be passed on from the NPP operators to the German government.
