Regional Law 770-ZO amending Regional Law No. 421-ZO “On industrial and consumer waste”.

[摘要] Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Legal persons (business entities) and individual entrepreneurs performing processing and disposal of solid domestic waste at the regional level shall be granted public subsidies out of regional budget in accordance with the procedure established by the Regional Government”.
