Legislative Decree no. 41 from 17 February 2017 on the provisions for the harmonization of the national noise pollution legislation with the Directive 2000/14/EC and Regulation (EC) No. 765/2008.

[摘要] This Decree hereby sets the harmonization process as regards the national noise pollution legislation with the Directive 2000/14/EC and Regulation (EC) No. 765/2008 of the European Council, and fully in accordance with the article 19 (paragraph 2, letters i, l and m) of the Law no. 161 from 30 October 2014 related to the fulfillment of the obligations arising out of Italy's membership of the European Union).
