Act on sharing information for the use of genetic resources (No. 1375 of 2012).

[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to ensure that there is a sharing of benefits originated by the use of genetic resources and that information and research for the conservation and sustainability of biological diversity is properly notified. This Act partly implements regulations of the Nagoya Protocol.
