[摘要] These Regulations implement provisions of the Petroleum Act, 2016 with respect to exploration and production of petroleum resources on land or in any submarine area of The Bahamas. For the purpose of these Regulations, The Bahamas is divided into blocks as shown in Part A of the First Schedule. Every block shall be divided into units. The Regulations prescribe procedures for the application for and granting of instruments (agreements or issue permits, licences or leases for petroleum operations)
