Regional Law No. 73-RZ amending Regional Law No. 40-RZ “On energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency”.

[摘要] Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Regional state policy in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency shall be based upon the following principles: (a) economic incentives in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency; (b) planning; (c) improvement of investment generation; (d) public support; (e) promotion of innovation; and (f) assistance in the sphere of generation and utilization of alternative and rfenewable energy".
