[摘要] This Order, consisting of 7 articles, creates the Technical Committee on Mangroves. This istitution will be under the National Committee of Wetlands and coordinated by the Ministry of Environment. It establishes composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned institution, entitled to carry out: research, assist in the implementation of policies, programmes and projects related to mangroves ecosystem and assist in the implementation of the National Programme for the Mangrove Ecosystem
