[摘要] This Resolution, consisting of 8 articles and 3 Annexes, provides for Environmental Licensing of enterprises. It specifies the environmental requirements to be satisfied according to the different activity and criteria processes, potential pollution and nature of the activity having small or medium environmental impact (magnitude of impact). Annexes specify lists of different environmental impact to be licensed according to their nature.
