Decree No. 293 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on maximum residue limits of pesticides in foodstuffs of animal origin.

[摘要] This Decree establishes mandatory safety requirements for foodstuffs of animal origin (meat and meat-based products) related to maximum residue limits (MRL) of pesticides. Annex 1 contains the list of pesticides and maximum residue limits (MRL) thereof. State Veterinary Service shall be authorized state institution competent to perform supervision of maximum residue limits in foodstuffs.
