Regional Law No. 144-OZ amending Regional Law No. 4-OZ “On protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters”.

[摘要] Article 30 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State supervision in the sphere of protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters (federal and regional supervision) shall be performed with a view of ensuring enforcement of the acting legislation in accordance with the competence entrusted to the state system for the prevention of and mitigation of the consequences of natural and technological disasters”.
