Executive Decree No. 73/13 approving the Regulation on the use of resources for Nuclear Energy Infrastructures.

[摘要] This Executive Decree, approves the Regulation on the use of resources destined to improve the Infrastructures of the Regulating Authority for Nuclear Energy (AREA). This Regulation, consisting of 10 articles, aims at defining the criteria and regulating the management, leading the implementation and the control of such resources legally destined to the improvement of infrastructures belonging to the Regulating Authority for Nuclear Energy.
