[摘要] These Regulations concern biofuels and bioliquids operations and activities in Malta. These provisions are laid down for the safeguarding of the public interest and public safety, with particular regard to environmental protection. The regulations govern in detail the issue of authorizations required to carry out activities involving biofuels and bioliquids. Further provisions concern inspections on authorized facilities.
