[摘要] The Gas Act, in order to foster a competitive gas industry in Singapore, provides for: development of a single integrated Gas Network Code governing the use of the onshore pipeline network; a licensing regime for gas industry participants including gas transporters, gas importers, gas shippers and gas retailers; and open and non-discriminatory access to any gas pipelines and gas pipeline network.
