Presidential Decree No. 10281 regarding licensing in Turkmenistan.

[摘要] The President decrees that the following activities shall not be subject to compulsory licensing and shall be carried out exclusively by the authorized state institutions: (a) hydrometeorological activity; (b) production, processing, transport, storage, purchase, trade, use and destruction of poisons; and (c) activities related to genetics and microbiology, genetically modifies organisms and infectious agents.
