[摘要] The purpose of this Order is to identify and map areas where preparation of noise action plans are needed for certain infrastructures. This to prevent adverse pollution effects due to exposure to environmental noise and to maintain acceptable environmental noise quality. It applies to external noise, such as roads, airports, train rails, city areas, etc.
