Framework Act on the Management of Disasters and Safety.

[摘要] This Act provides for the establishment of a disaster and safety control system of the State and local governments, and to prescribe matters necessary for the prevention of, preparation and countermeasures against, and recovery from disaster in order to preserve national land against various disasters and to protect physical safety and property.
