Regional Law No. 661-OZ amending Regional Law No. 151-OZ “On protection of the population and territory against environmental and technological disasters”.

[摘要] Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized regional state institution together with local government shall be responsible for preparation and keeping in order of means and force required for protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters, and also for preparation of the population for protection against natural and technological disasters”.
