Regulation amending the Emergency and Disaster Finance Regulation.

[摘要] This Regulation amends Paragraph 4 of Article 7 regarding approval for the purchases of public authorities and local administrations, Paragraph 1 of Article 10 regarding benefit of emergency and disaster fund from other funds, and Paragraph 4 of Article 14 regarding purchases when disasters or emergencies occur. In Articles 27 and 28, “due to disaster” has been changed as “due to disaster and emergency”, as well as "disaster services" has been changed as "disaster and emergency services".
