Regional Law No. 1667-OZ “On some legal relations in the sphere of environmental protection”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates some relations in the sphere of environmental protection on the regional territory and also establishes plenary powers of state bodies in the aforesaid sphere. Regional Government shall have the following plenary powers: (a) validation of regional environmental protection programs; (b) establishes the modalities of performance of regional state environmental audit; (c) validates the list of public officials (inspectors) authorized to perform regional state environment
