Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (Deposits in Sea Exemptions) (Jersey) Order 2007.

[摘要] This Order specifies, in the Schedule, operations that do not need a licence under Part II of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985. A licence would be required for deposits in the sea of substances or materials, but the operations specified in the Schedule do need a licence if they meet the conditions (if specified) set out in the Schedule to this Order. Operations include deposit of fish in the sea during fishing or for the propagation or cultivation of fish or shellfish.
