[摘要] Article 13 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Composition, structure and rates of provision of emergency intervention system shall be established by the Regional Government in accordance with the tasks for prevention of the outbreak of emergencies and disasters and the requirements set forth by the legislation of the Russian Federation”.
