Second Act amending the Renewable Energy Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Renewable Energy Act of 29 March 2000 (BGBl. I p. 305). In particular, article 8 dealing with emoluments for electricity from solary energy is amended; as well as an article 13 concerning transitional provisions is added.
