[摘要] This Decree defines duties and powers of the Genetic Technology Committee. The Committee shall disseminate information on genetic technology, express an opinion on applications for a permit pursuant to section 12 of Chapter 13 of the Environmental Code and carry out various other duties in relation with developments in the field of biotechnology. The Decree also defines the organization of the Committee and provides for its administration.
