National Pollution Prevention Plans Regulations, 2017 (No. R. 712 of 2017).

[摘要] These Regulations of the Minister of Environmental Affairs and made under section 53 of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004, prescribe the requirements that pollution prevention plans of greenhouse gases declared as priority air pollutants need to comply with in terms of section 29(3) of the Act.
