[摘要] In the text of the Act the wording “authorized institution” shall be substituted with the wording “The Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry and Mineral Resources”. The second paragraph of the Article 23 shall acquire a new wording: “Production sharing contracts shall be signed on the part of Turkmenistan on the basis of decision by the President of the Cabinet of Ministers (Government) of Turkmenistan”; in the third part of the same article the wording “concern” shall be excluded.
