Decree No. 59/93 approving the Statute of National Council of Environment (CNA).

[摘要] This Decree approves the Statute of National Council of Environment (CNA). It consists of 13 articles establishing comoposition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned environmental institution entitled to: draw-up environmental projects; propose to the government protective measures in order to prevent environmental pollution; implement and enforce environmental policy; promote the creation of protected areas; promote the Environmetal Impact Assesment in all projects, etc.
