[摘要] This Act lays down rules relative to the registration of ships in Antigua and Barbuda and provides for matters relative to navigation by Antigua and Barbuda ships, the prevention of pollution by ships, the liability for pollution and various other matters relative to ownership and other rights on ships, enforcement and administration of provisions of this Act. The Act consists of 292 sections divided into 13 Parts.
