[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of promotion of winter tourism and recreation. Goals and tasks of state support of the promotion of winter tourism shall be as follows: (a) promotion of of winter tourism business; (b) stimulation of entrepreneurisl activity in the sphere of winter tourism; (c) investment generation; and (d) creation of employment.
