Ministerial Decree No. 1249 on state registration of protected areas.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that the state register of protected areas shall be the official document to contain data on all federal, regional and local protected areas. The register shall be kept by: (a) Federal executive bodies for federal protected areas; (b) regional executive bodies for regional protected areas; and (c) local self-government for local protected areas.
