Order No. 1130 on dumping of occupied sea-bed material (dredging).

[摘要] This Order enforces pollution prevention regulations and reduction of marine environment pollution from activities such as dredging which may endanger sea, human health, and sea-beds. Applications for authorization of dredging shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Food, through its Nature Agency. Specifications, characteristics and methods/timeframe estimated for these activities shall be notified in these applications. Authorizations shall be valid for a maximum of 5 years.
