Biosecurity Act of 2014 (P.L. No. 9-58).

[摘要] This Act provides for biosecurity measures in relation with importation and exportation of a regulated article (including, among other things plants, animals, animal products, fodder, soil and genetic material). The Act also provides with respect to administration of biosecurity control and deals with biosecurity emergencies.
