Ministerial Decree No. 376 validating the arrangements for the protection of environment against negative impact of some chemicals and pesticides.

[摘要] The Premier, for the purpose of protection of public health and environment against hazardous impact of some hazardous substances and pesticides validates the list of hazardous substances and pesticides prohibited for application on the national territory. The aforesaid hazardous substances and pesticides shall be inserted in the proceedings of environmental impact assessment (EIA) and environmental audit. Annexes contain the list of hazardous substances and pesticides.
