[摘要] The aim of this Act is to provide for comprehensive protection of the Antarctic environment and related ecosystems. The Act was adopted in accordance with the Antarctic Treaty and the Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty. It establishes rights and obligations applicable to individuals and legal persons who carry out activities in the Antarctic.
