Law amending Law “On local government”.

[摘要] Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The Law can entitle local government with the performance of autonomous functions that are not envisaged by this Law with the establishment of the corresponding additional sources of financing if such functions require increase of expenditure. Local government shall be responsible for performance of such functions and shall be responsible therefore”.
