Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Regulations.

[摘要] These regulations have been adopted with a view to preventing pollution caused by ships. The provisions shall apply to all Maltese ships and to all other ships while they are in Maltese waters, as determined by Annexes I and II to the International Convention for the Prevention of the Pollution from Ships (MARPOL Convention).
