[摘要] Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive bodies shall perform supervision in the sphere of protection of the population and the territory against outbreak of emergencies and disasters of the regional, inter-municipal and municipal level in accordance with the modalities set forth by the Regional Government”.
