[摘要] This Presidential Decree lays down provisions governing the procedures to be followed for the issue of environmental authorizations to small and medium enterprises. The authorization includes among other waste discharges, effluent discharges and emissions. Procedures concerning Environmental Impact Assessment are excluded.
