Antarctic Act 1994 (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2015 (S.I. No. 1531 of 2015).

[摘要] This Order amends the Antarctic Act 1994 (Isle of Man) Order 1995, which extended the Antarctic Act 1994 to the Isle of Man. This amendment is consequential to amendments made by the sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Antarctic Act 2013. Those amendments concern: application of offences to non-nationals; permits relating to historic sites and monuments; and the conservation of Antarctic fauna and flora.
