Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims Act.

[摘要] This Act provides for limitation of liability by shipowners and salvors regarding specified claims in relation with maritime transport of goods and passengers and provides for the possibility of constitution of a limitation fund. The Act also provides for distribution of moneys from a limitation fund.
