Decree No. 2016/8743 of the Council of Ministers on prohibition of diving in the locations of underwater cultural and natural assets.

[摘要] The Council of Ministers decrees to prohibit diving, except for scientific purposes, in plotted locations on the attached map, until the locations of underwater cultural and natural assets are detected. The forbidden locations are plotted by the Office of Navigation, Hydrography and Oceanography under the Turkish Naval Forces.
