[摘要] These Regulations provide for procedures and requirements for compulsory project briefs and environment impact assessment and environment impact assessment statements. Part II is dedicated to project briefs. A project brief is a report on "preliminary preconditions" of possible impact of a project included in the list of the First Schedule on the environment and as such the first step of EIA. The Environment Council may require also projects briefs for projected not listed in the First Schedule.
