Ordinance amending the Biofuel Ordinance 2012.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Biofuel Ordinance 2012. In particular, the Ordinance adds to article 2 the definition of the following terms: «certification systems», «control office», «operating condition». Article 10 is amended by establishing that firms producing biofuels referring to the objectives set out in paragraphs 5 and 7 are obliged to ensure the complete demonstration of compliance with the sustainability criteria through the use of a mass balance system.
