[摘要] This Decree implements specific provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 842/2006 on fluorinated greenhouse gases, as regards the designation of competent authorities in this field, procedures for designating certification organisms, collection of data on emissions and labelling of equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.
