Decree No. 164 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional arrangements for ensuring safety of recreational water uses”.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of equipment of recreational water facilities and defined surface water areas destined for recreational water uses and rules for navigation of small-size vessels (with passenger capacity up to 12 persons) and organization of bathing beaches for the population. It classifies bathing beaches in the following categories: (a) health-related and therapeutic; (b) children beaches; and (c) beaches of common access.
