Law No. 10.848 on the commercialization of electric energy.

[摘要] This Law, composed of 33 articles, provides the legal framework for the commercialization of electric energy within national territory. Moreover, it amends: Law No. 5655 of 20 May 1971, Law No. 8631 of 4 March 1993, Law No. 8970 of 28 November 1994, Law No. 9074 of 7 July 1995, Law No. 9427 of 26 December 1996, Law No. 9478 of 6 August 1997, Law No. 9648 of 27 May 1998, Law No. 9991 of 24 July 2000, and Law No. 10438 of 26 April 2002.
