Decree 8 November 2017 General plan for the supervisory activity on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms.

[摘要] This Decree (with the respect of several European Union Regulations as listed in the article 1) adopts the Italian four year general plan aimed to implement the effective supervisory/monitoring/surveillance over the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms (GMO’s deriving from different activities and materials, such as seeds and other agricultural genetic materials; not direct food/feed production).
