[摘要] This Law is composed of 83 articles divided in nine Chapters. It defines general objectives for the National Energy Policy. In particular, it institutes the National Council for Energy policy and regulates its powers and functions. The Law institutes also the National Agency for Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels.
